Bradford Roth has been a leading lawyer in Chicago for decades, handling cases throughout the Midwest, in state and federal courts.

Brad obtained his business degree at the University of Iowa and thereafter attended the MBA program at the same school. Three years later, he obtained his law degree with highest honors and, upon graduation, served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois.

He was later recruited into private practice with a prominent loop law firm and served as the Firm’s first Managing Partner and Chairman, positions he held 14 years while maintaining a full-time practice representing dozens of individual and corporate clients.

During his career, Brad has represented clients in thousands of cases and has tried dozens of them to jury verdict. His practice has involved many areas of law including Commercial, Product Liability, Environmental, Construction and Professional Liability.

Brad has been named both a Leading Lawyer by the LBPC, a Super Lawyer by Thompson Reuters for over 20 consecutive years in various areas of litigation and has, for more than 25 years, been awarded an AV Preeminent peer review rating by Martindale Hubbell which represents the highest level of professional excellence for legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
