What We Offer

In addition, the Twlve12 team leverages its extensive litigation experience to assist in crafting questions and materials in such a way as to get the desired result from the jury.

All potential jurors who hear your case are pre-vetted and selected specific to the jurisdiction. To qualify as a juror, individuals agree to provide as much feedback as possible in response to written questions. This may include impressions on the relative importance of theories and evidence or more specific questions regarding liability and potential damages. Clients can select the size of the jury pool from 12 to 144 or more as part of the presentation panel. Facts, either condensed or presented as testimony transcripts, exhibits and photos can be part of the presentation along with additional optional materials such as video statements and arguments. Clients may also select from available simplified instructions and/or submit their own.
